These Terms of Service govern your use of chadbennett.com, operated by Chad W. Bennett (“I”, “me”, “my”). By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.

This site is separate from HEROIC Cybersecurity, which operates under its own terms covering its own products and services.

2. Nature of the site

This is an informational website concerning my work in speaking, mentorship, and cybersecurity. Its functions are limited to publishing that information and receiving enquiries through a contact form. No goods or services are sold through this site, and no accounts or subscriptions are offered.

3. No professional advice

The cybersecurity, business, and leadership content on this site is general information provided for a general audience. It does not constitute security, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and does not create an advisory or consulting relationship.

You should not act on any content on this site as a recommendation specific to your circumstances. Security matters affecting live systems should be addressed with a qualified professional engaged to review those systems.

Submitting the contact form constitutes an enquiry only. It does not confirm a booking, reserve a date, or create a contract, and no obligation to accept an enquiry is implied.

Where an engagement proceeds, its terms will be agreed separately in writing. Those terms govern the engagement. These terms govern this website only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Quotations and availability provided in response to an enquiry are based on the information given.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design, and code on this site are owned by me or licensed to me. All rights are reserved except as set out below.

You may read this site, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link to the source. You may not:

• Reproduce or republish the content in whole or in substantial part.
• Represent the content as your own work.
• Use the content to train commercial machine learning models.
• Use my name, likeness, or branding in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or approval that has not been given.
